A good example of a early 1900's Codd bottle with a lovely blue green colour and great embossing. Has minor impact damage as seen in the last photo. In good condition.
About Codd bottles: Invented in the late 19th century, Codd bottles were designed for carbonated drinks and sealed with a glass marble held in place by internal pressure. Their distinctive shape and mechanism make them highly collectable, particularly when they retain strong original colour, clear embossing and an appealing overall appearance.
